It’s a rare day off for our team — a chance to step away from the dough, the ovens, and the perfectly crisp bases they spend every other day perfecting. We think they’ve earned it.
We’ll be back on Tuesday, ready to do what we do best: slow-fermented Roman pizza, Italian classics, and a relaxed Surry Hills afternoon or evening that doesn’t feel like a rush.
