170 Grammi Pizza is honestly one of my absolute favourites! The pizza is always so fresh, flavourful, and perfectly made - you can really taste the quality. Every time I go, it never disappoints.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is warm, and perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying a relaxed meal.
And their specials? So good. Always exciting and totally worth trying.

Best authentic true italian atmosphere, extraordinary customer service. Last night I had at 170 Grammi Pizzeria the best pasta dish I've ever had, even better than the pasta I had in Rome.
Went back to 170 Grammi in Surry Hills because we felt like pasta and honestly it delivered again.
We started with a glass of Prosecco each and for the price it exceeded my expectations. Crisp, smooth, nice bubbles. Perfect start.
The prawn spaghetti was a standout. Full flavour, proper seasoning, and a decent amount of prawns, not that sad two prawn situation. Pasta was al dente, prawn quality was high, and the oil level was perfect. The sauce was to die for.
Then the signature dish. The oxtail ragu pappardelle. This is the second time we’ve been here and we actually came back for this dish. It hit the spot again. The slow cooked oxtail melts in your mouth, the sauce is delicious, and the cheese balances it out. No let downs. I’d come back a third time just for that.
Sides were solid too. Roast potatoes were crispy, fluffy, not oily, not too salty, and you could actually taste the rosemary and garlic in a balanced way. The rocket and parmesan salad was fresh, not overdressed, and the rocket gave that salty punch in a tasteful way.
Service was great. Prompt, friendly, food didn’t take ages, they checked in at the right moments without hovering like you’re on a performance review.

On n’avait pas de réservation et on a à peine attendu 10 minutes pour avoir une table. Le service est top et la nourriture encore meilleure ! Je recommande, les pizzas sont excellentes avec une pâte très fine et les arancini 🫠 !!!

Hard not to admire the fashionable movements of Surry Hills goers as they smoothly wander their way into the suburb for an evening of fine dining and moody bar relaxations. A selection of these characters can be observed from the outdoor seating of 170 Grammi Pizzeria; plus, done so whilst delicious pizzas are in-hand.
Pesto Pasta and Tiramisu were literally to die for! Would 100% travel back to Sydney from Brisbane just for this place 😍😍

Really good. Absolutely fantastic waiter!!! She was blonde and very sweet. 10/10 service from her, she's the most attentive waiter we've had in Sydney. We were there the 23/11, give her a bonus!;)<3

Consistently excellent pizza. The team is delightful. Everything on the menu is delicious. A perfect spot for an early dinner while the sun is still out. Take away pizza for pick-up is always ready quickly even on a Friday and Saturday night. Treat yourself to a Gamberi pizza and Menabrea.

I was shopping at Freitag next door, and since I didn’t have a $10 note, I went into the store to ask if they could change my $20 into two $10s. Even though the girls were busy opening the store at the time, they were very friendly and kindly helped me with the exchange. Their service was excellent — I’ll definitely come back next time.
Everything was great - delicious food, good sized portion of pasta, very fresh and well presented. The cocktails tasted amazing and service was quick. Will definitely come back again
